Can’t be bothered cooking? Want something tasty and reasonably healthy? This is my go-to for the above! There are so many burgers to choose from, with options for vegetarian, meat lovers and gluten free as well as a small range of salads. Plus, the chips(sweet potato chips now available too!) are pretty awesome if you’ve had a bad day and need something naughty. It’s easy, it’s fun, you can take-away(phone your order ahead to save time). The service is usually good too. They also choose three charities a month and you receive a bottle cap when you order and you put it into the charity you choose. I’m a fan for lunch and dinner that is super easy.

I am not a massive burger fan! Don’t send the alarms off or get the white coats, I just can’t stomach all that food at once. Saying that, I feel I have to give in and accompany the other half to get a burger once in a while. I am so glad that Grill’d have so many different offerings apart from the normal beef, cheese and bacon burger that goes around on menus. I ordered one of the veggie burgers(can’t remember which one) but it was delicious and I didn’t feel like a nap afterwards. Their chips are delicious, so addictive.

Grill’d is a consistent premium burger chain. I first tried grill’d in Rosalie, Brisbane and have been hooked ever since. If you want a good tasty gourmet burger, the way burgers should be, call into grill’d. This one in Claremont is always busy… If you have some room for dessert I recommend heading to koko black across the way for a decadent chocolate treat afterwards.

I’m going to start this by telling you to do yourself a favour and order the chips with the spicy tomato sauce thing they’ve got going because it is divine. Grill’d isn’t the epitome of fine dining, and they don’t serve the best food in Perth. But they do make the most incredible burgers. I’m always at a loss as to what to pick — there are so many options and none of them are dull. They all have really fresh, gourmet addings — salsa, avocado, mayonnaise and they’ve recently started serving a burger with my favourite goats cheese. What’s not to love? The staff are really friendly and service is pretty quick, even on nights when the place is full. A great option for takeaway or for a quick dinner if you’re in the area

I have only tried one burger here… and I have been here many many times. It’s the Garden burger and to be completly truely honest… its the Shizzz!!! Absolutely! Service is fast-ish…long enough to know that they are cooking it fresh to order. The chips are amazing and the Herb mayo is tasty tasty tasty! There is not too much more to say, and I don’t think Grill’D needs to be anything more than what it already is… Tasty burgers at a good price that come out Fresh and Fast!

The Grill’d in Claremont really outdoes the others in terms of aesthetics and atmosphere this place really looks like an arty warehouse with its giant black and white cartoons on the wall and the rest of the place made up of bricks and its long wooden tables perfect for a friendly gathering and delicious meal. This place is always busy which is a good indication that they are here for the food and service is great and always swift. On the menu I used to really enjoy the Bird and Brie unfortunately now that I don’t eat chicken anymore it’s become a bit of a problem but I loved the combination of sweet cranberry sauce and the salty brie — simply delish and where else do you get brie in a burger? As for the veggie options would be great if they could widen their selection for us picky ones but I am still happily satisfied with either of them but my favourite would have to be the Bombay bliss — a little bit of spicy goodness with a great amount of flavour and none of the boring stuff. Great thing for those unfortunate gluten intolerant people they have gluten free buns and I’ve had them a few times and they are good. Greta place to have a simple but great meal with friends.

Grill’d is finger lickin’ good. The food is delicious, savory and shall I say, healthy? They use the highest quality ingredients they can get ahold of, and their burgers are low in fat. Their ingredients are all delivered daily, so their ingredients are fresh and never frozen. I sat in a community style table and ordered the lamb burger and the chicken caesar salad. The lamb burger came with a delicious tzatziki sauce and roasted peppers. The caesar salad came with grilled chicken, a sunny-side up egg, bacon, parmesan cheese and garlic bread. The burger was only $ 13.50 and the hefty salad(that could have been a meal in itself) was $ 12.90. They have so many good items on the menu, that I can’t wait to go back. The mushroom & feta salad with grilled field mushrooms, feta, roasted peppers and balsamic dressing is next on my list. The lamb burger was so good, I don’t even want to deviate to another burger.

Grill’d doesn’t make my favourite burger on the whole, but there are a few qualities which bring it up to a solid three star rating: 1. Service is fast, and probably the most efficient of any burger bar. 2. They give the option of a wholemeal bun 3. Their herbed mayo is finger-licking-good 4. They spice their chunky chips with rock salt and Rosemary — simply delicious. Why is it lacking? The hero components of the burgers ie: chicken filet, beef pattie and salad fillings are a bit ‘meh’, and the veggie options are terribly dull.

Grill’d is a lot more inventive with their menu than most other ‘gourmet burger’ joints around town. While others add some fancy relish or some chilli and think they’re being exotic, Grill’d are a little more refined, with burger add-ons such as pesto, brie, avocado, tzatziki, and harissa paste to name a few. And with beef patties made with such high quality beef(100% lean), the prices are pretty reasonable at $ 10-$ 15. Their salads are just as enticing, and include a range of delicious and not-your-run-of-the-mill ingredients. The thick cut chips are commendable too, and cooked in cholesterol-free oil. From the food to the design of their stores, menu and website, it’s clear there has been a lot of thought and effort put into the Grill’d offering. Their slogan is ‘Made with Love’, and I do return those loving feelings!
