So beautiful! The dining area is just stunning with its large windows and simple rustic tables. A bit odd to have a beer paddle with wine glasses, but oh well ;) the ciders and beers I sampled were great! Went back for a cloudy cider, so good. I ordered the trout salad and it was incredible, with a poached egg and an amazing dressing. Yum!

A beautiful setting with gorgeous décor and natural light make this a most enjoyable stop. The pizzas were delicious, with a crispy base and light but quality toppings. The beers and cider on tap are extensive and there is something for everyone. Can not wait to bring the next batch of interstaters here!

If you’re thinking about coming here for a sit down meal do yourself a favour, ring ahead and book! We didn’t. Oops our bad! Then again it was a Sunday afternoon when we dropped in here. The space is HUGE and full of rustic charm. Most certainly being set up for a pretty event space. The main building has two areas. The Meletos restaurant and a bar. There’s some nice seating outside as well. We sat at the bar, with a tasting paddle and ordered a cheese and salami style platters and chips for the toddler. The food came out very swiftly despite all areas being full. The cheese whilst delicious didn’t seem to have been picked to accompany the ciders on tap. It was still a great selection on offer.

Only a few months old at time of writing, Napoleone Ciderhouse seemingly sprung up from nowhere — despite frequent visits to the Valley it simply wasn’t on my radar. We were headed to Punt Road Wines to sample some Napoleone Cider, so you can imagine our surprise to find they’ve spun off with a great place of their own next door. We must have been the last to find out about this place though, as it was packed on a pretty dreary and rainy summer weekday for lunch. We had just eaten(and cursed ourselves for that!) but set up at the bar with a tasting paddle — important to note they do many delicious beers as well as their fantastically crisp and dry ciders. Will become a must-stop for every future trip out to the Valley I’d say!

Tired of just wine tasting in the Yarra Valley? Then you have to check out Naoleone Brewery and Ciderhouse where you can do both cIder and beer tasting. Good variety to try and definitely some very different tastes. Didn’t try the food at the restaurant but I’d hazard that it would be delish.
