Wow, havent been to Flute in a while and I got to say it is still awesome. I got the American style Omelette and it was just right the right amount of food. Its tasty and different. The service is out of this world. Every one is friendly, helpful and extremely approachable. Im glad I live close because I will be coming back.

Flutes is such a refreshing break from industrial chic overpriced cafes that have now become mainstream. The setting is beautiful, clean and crisp and feels very luxurious but it is certainly not a case of style over service everyone was polite and professional. We went for breakfast and the food was fantastic real quality ingredients that tasted delicious and was really well priced. I will without doubt be back

Amazing food and coffee is always good, however if you are going for breakfast on the weekend get in early or expect a long wait.

INCREDIBLE! My wife and I are not just regulars(every Fri morning for breakfast– nearly 3yrs now)…we are made to feel like part of the Flute family. The food is outstanding and the service, impeccable. We can not overstate how good these guys are. I have never had a horrible meal and they make a great coffee. Recommendation: Book a table during peak hour breakfast times(8:30−10:00a).

Beautiful Saturday morning. Peak time 10am. Easy park off the street. 15 minute wait in the queue. Flute is clean and professional. We were greeted by the manager whilst in the queue. That was enough to stop me from leaving. Seats are comfortable. Super friendly staff. My glass of water was always replenished without me asking. I love that kind of service. Fantastic menu. Signature breakfast is a must. Nice take on the classics. Bacon smokey, eggs perfectly poached, mash/hash brown, turkish toast slices and that lovely sauce alone is worth coming back for. I had the mushrooms with poached eggs. Seasoned well. Cooked perfectly and a generous amount of truffle flavour and aroma. Parmesan shaves throughout added the right amount of punchy salt. My boy had the pancakes. Now these are similar to the american style — folded into quarters, ice cream and that peanut sauce is wonderful! The serving size is generous. Coffee. Segafredo. Nothing wow but adequate. Now the iced coffee and chocolate is another story. They come in a bucket and look amazing. My wifes mocha came with its own chocolate shot. Nice touch guys. 2 minor issues. 1. Freshly squeezed OJ with blocks of ice in a very small glass. Is that really necessary? For $ 5.50 I expect more. 2. My wife had a bit of egg shell in her dish. Im willing to forgive that as the food was just superb otherwise. So — easy park, great service, delicious food and kid friendly. Nice place, highly recommended.

Christmas lunch catch-up with venue in the burbs required — enter Flute @ Coorparoo! Serendipity, kismet — call it what you will, this was excellent dining. Table service was exquisite and thoughtful, venue comfortable and easy to park. Menu was well priced and inviting. Our table ordered three dishes: Asian inspired calamari, a Greek plate and crab lasagna — all were delighted with their choice. At $ 20+ the meal was exactly what was required.

I really shouldn’t review this place because the 40 minute wait was long enough. Flute is without doubt the BEST breakfast café in Brisbane. The hardest part is picking one of the many delicious meals on offer. The prices aren’t cheap but the food is plentiful, quick and just mouth watering. The staff are friendly, even when you are waiting in line, staring at everyone’s meals. The only thing that scares me about this place is they have set a benchmark for themselves. But everytime I go, they manage to be consistently awesome.

This place is absolutely ridiculously good. Every time I go there for breakfast there is a queue waiting for a table, and it’s well worth it. While they have an extensive menu that I keep telling myself I will try further, you really can’t go past the signature breakfast. They take the basics and just make them MOREAWESOME. For example, instead of bacon, eggs, hashbrown and barbeque sauce they have maple soaked bacon, a potato and fetta ball, eggs cooked to your liking, toasted turkish bread, avocado and two desperate home made sauces. It’s so intensely delicious your mouth will explode. It’s not cheap but the serves are huge and the staff are fantastic. The hot chocolates are also worth trying.
