These guys make a mean sausage, like serious, the sausages are really really good. They’re on top of my list for a BBQ, as I know how good these things taste sandwiched between a slice of fresh bread, with a generous serving of onions.
As well as the snags, everything here is pretty good.

Come every Easter or Christmas this butcher is packed with orders and throngs of customers wanting their best cuts and roast.
Popular for their smoked ham and beef roast, this is the perfect neighbourhood butcher if you can’t head out to Hahndorf to pick up good quality meats.
Apart from meat, you’ll find cocktail sausages, cold cuts, poultry and they make their own sausage meat here.
Certainly in my favourite butchers list.
