The food is good and resonably priced. They do have beer. I ordered a pulled pork spud and it was delicious.

The food here is wonderful! Fresh and creative and with plenty of Vege options!(Which makes me mighty happy) For a very good price you get a huuuge meal! I love the way the place looks, too! It all adds to the fun. Great vibes.

My girlfriend has been waiting to take me to Spud Bar forever! She’s been to location many times when she worked in Cremorne. So before the Melbourne Marathon we decided to grab some for takeaway before the big race. I love potatoes, and the immediately grabbed the Chili Bean and Salsa spud. She had the same, except with a SWEETPOTATO! How cool is that?! And it’s free to upgrade to a sweet potato. I personally thought the chili spices blended better with the starch of the white spud… but I wouldn’t mind trying The Festival on a sweet spud. The vibe was a cool assembly line of hipsters. Super friendly, the way all Subways should be. But Spud Bar is in a class of its own, so I feel bad relating it to that infamous chain. Next time, I’ll be sure to grab a seat and enjoy the music.

We just moved offices to the area so have been testing out a lot of local eateries. Ventured to Swan st recently and got lunch here. Great vibe, amazing ingredients, and quick service. What’s not to like”

If you’re on Swan street about to head to a pub or the train to the footy, the best thing you can do is stop in here for a meal before the night begins. Spuds and everything Spud related(actually, that’s not true, just spuds). Everything you could think of having on a pizza, they seem to be able to put on a spud here. The potatoes are huge and break perfectly, with just enough crisp to the skins and enough heat to melt the cheese before you dig into them. The Moroccan Dahl spud is a definite winner, and the bottled brew they serve here complement your quick bite before it’s out again into the night. This is favourite of the few I’ve been in, and I think it’s the low key casual nature of it that wins every time. The tunes have been good every time, and everyone working knows who’s playing at the Corner down the road or which pub has the open mic night.
