Definitely one of the top sushi trains I’ve been to with premium quality food at decent prices. It’s extremely popular in the are too so there is a wait time. Love their extensive range of gourmet options too.

The food is delicious, however, if you want a fresh version made of one of the hot items on the train(because they have all gone cold) they are not always obliging — especially at lunch time. Also this is probably the most expensive Sushi Train going… dishes start at around $ 4 instead of the typical $ 2.50 at other locations so your meal ends of being very expensive.

These franchises are good everywhere! Dee Why and Bondi ones have always been my favourite but having just moved to Neutral Bay i just say this one is right up there. Very cool and different décor to the norm. Maybe a little dark during the day but super funky feel at night. Friendly staff and most importantly SUPER fresh sushi. Yum yum yum\10

Well, a Friday evening trip to Sushi Train taught me a few things. Firstly this is a very popular place well loved by many many locals Secondly be prepared to be waiting in queue Thirdly Brazillian Music in a Japanese Restaurant doesn’t mix Fourth and most important … The food is simply excellent!

The ambience is upmarket to reflect on what is a fancy suburb in Sydney. The staff are nice and ever so welcoming. The décor of a chocolate kind nicely compliments each other. Came here for lunch, and they currently have udon’s on special for only $ 3.50 — about half of a standard serving size — all you need for lunch. Good broth, not salty. The noodles were just right. I initially ordered a chicken karaage udon, yet they brought me a nicer alternative. The filling was like a vegetarian frittata, with thinly cut slices of prawns. Not bad. The frittata was a bit greasy, yet this treat filled the spot without needing anything from the conveyor belt on this occasion. The complimentary glass of iced water(a decent size) was a beautiful touch — did not need to ask for some. All plates are only $ 3.50 on the 8th and 9th of August, to commemorate this particular Sushi Train’s 4th birthday celebrations. I’m in. Hope some nice raw sashimi is on the cards!

This is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Kids love it but I find the food quality only so-so. Seems to be mostly cooked sushi probably to keep the food fresher? Always a line, but once you’re seated it moves(pun intended) along pretty quickly.

Good quality sushi for the price, nice atmosphere, can be quite busy at dinner

One of the better sushi trains in Sydney, which means they are extremely busy during dinner time(and have a minimum spend of $ 15/person after 6pm). This restaurant serves your traditional sushi(train) and japanese a la carte. As you enter, you are greeted by(almost) all staff members with a «konbawa»(good evening)… And are seated around the train, which houses an open Kitchen in the middle. food is very fresh(obviously, with the high turnover) and the restaurant is fully licensed. It is on the pricier side, compared to other sushi trains, but very worth it(as quality is optimum). Anything grilled is amazing — salmon and beef(not sure if it’s wagyu?) and their sashimi is pretty fresh too.

Sushi train is available almost everywhere in Sydney, but this location has something different — it is an offshoot of the popular Sushi Samurai restaurant. The restaurant is located next door to the big Cremorne McDonalds, and gets very busy at dinner time. You cannot book, but you can pick your dining time to minimise the wait. The sushi here is great, the staff are nice and will get you whatever menu item you want. My reoccuring favourites include: Peach soda to drink, Kaarage Chicken, Salmon and Avocado roll, Tempura Prawn mini sushi, Miso soup(great!) and Gzoya. My one complaint about the restaurant is that their Agedashi Tofu isn’t as good as Sushi Samurai’s — I think the sauce is too watered down for my taste. This is one of my regular restaurants. Protips: Parking can be a bit troublesome, if you wait until after 7pm you can park out front on Military Rd(but it is rare to find a spot), your best option is to find a sidestreet on the opposite side of Military Rd and cross at the lights.
