4C Construction specializes in building the best luxury homes in Australia. We combine timeless design and building excellence to create a great Australian Home.

4C Construction was formed on the Gold Coast in 1987 by Claus T. Sievers. It has grown to have a well-​earned reputation for building excellence. 4C Construction has won many majors awards in this region and also statewide from the Queensland Master Builders Association Housing and Construction Awards.
