Would have given 5* if the DJ hadn’t kept repeating the same music over and over. I can’t talk about the food as we arrived after 9pm but the restaurant was full. Did enjoy the atmosphere.

Fun vibe, dj playing 90’s r&b. Ate the seafood Mac & cheese, it was ok… Seafood and cheese isn’t the greatest mix

What an amazing all American resturant with the stunning views of Australia. There is nothing bad I can say. I went here last Friday for dinner and was lucky to be seated outside on the patio. The weather was perfect and the atmosophere was great. I decided to order the jerk chicken. I was a bit worried that the potions were going to be out of control because it sounded a lot from the description but it wasnt. It was the perfect amount! I accompioned my meal with a glass of red and then a margarrita of the servers choice to end the night. The music playng was a lovely mix of top 40’s and oldies. If I didnt have plans following this dinner I could have been there all night. Before we actually decided on this place we walked up and down the harbour looking at all the menus before deciding this place was the go to spot. It was a fluke and im happy we took the chance. Back to my meal. It was full of flavour, cooked to perfection, and the right taste I was expecting. It brought me back to late nights in TDot after a night out just on a fancier scale. The aroma was on point with what I expected as well and the answer to the million dollar question is yes! Yes i would return again. There are just so many choices waiting to be tried and to top it off the price wasnt half bad.

I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants, but I really like the Margaritaville’s. Each is a little different. Some have party pools. Some are on the beach. This one is on the river, surrounded by lovely boats and piers that immaculately kept. The prices are a little steep, but then, Sydney is spendy in general. I ordered a margarita(go figure) with mango. It was good, but for $ 20(AUD) I expected it to be stronger. What it lacked in alcohol, the restaurant made up for in good customer service and atmosphere. Being that we had 5 hours to blow before out flight to Aukland, we bought a few of those spendy drinks and drank them very slowly — while playing on our computers; utilizing their free wifi. I really enjoyed the open air bar, overlooking the river, and the sofa’s out front. It’s a very cozy place to get a snack and drinks while biding time. We didn’t order food, but that’s because drinks took priority on out limited budget. However; I’ve eaten at numerous of these establishments(Key West, Grand Cayman, Nola) and know the food is good, as far as bar food goes. If you have a few hours to kill, the walk over the bridge to Margaritaville is a lovely one and there’s lots to do on that side of the water. It’s unfortunate we did not discover it until the day we were leaving.

OK view, OK prices, not good food. The $ 8aud Heineken is not bad for the area. I paid roughly the same at different places in Darling Harbour. The view is pretty decent on a nice day, most of the places that have outdoor seating have a good view. The food was sub standard. I ordered the Volcano Nachos. They looked great and a few folks had ordered them. The plat itself was large. Once you dug in it became disappointing. The cheese was only partially melted. There was hardly any chili on the plate in releation to size and amount of chips. The plate was stacked high with chips and topped affter the chips were stacked. So once you you started digging into the nachos you essentailly ended up with a big plate of uncovered chips. dissappointed.

Been to a few of these places. Latest in Vegas two weeks ago. This one is terrible. Service is super slow. We saw a few tables get up and walk out in frustration. I ordered Coconut Shrimp but it was burned, dry and inedible. Very disappointed.

A huge disappointment, bad service, unethical or just plain silly staff, and over priced menu. I found myself dropping in for dinner and a margarita beverage my first night in Sydney I ordered the BBQ bacon hamburger which was very good and prepared well. That nights visit was great. My second visit wasn’t as good. I had the fajita combo with beef and chicken. The beef was ok but the chicken was horrible with little flavor. What got my goat… My bill was $ 76.00 so, I asked the waitress to apply the cash I gave her($ 40.00) and charge my credit card $ 36.00 which was the balance difference. When she came back she had charged my card $ 40.00 and kept the $ 4.00. I found that unethical but my husband prefers to think she couldn’t add. You can decide for yourself on that. It didn’t help that she was never around to refill our water. That’s kinda a pet peeve of mine anywhere I go. That lack of action alone weighs on whether or not I give a tip. +3 stars for my first visit –1 star for my second visit With so many other places around — you could do much better.

Went for happy hour and a early dinner on a Monday. Overall food was very good. Highly recommend the Jerk Salmon, this was FANTASTIC! …and Bahama Mama was really good as well. Although the random Rum drink of the day was also very good. Chicken quesadilla was very tasty but recommend ordering without or light on capsicum as ours had way too many. The island chicken pasta, while tasty ended up having way too much onion and green pepper. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Will come back again :)

Really, really, underwhelming. Three stars should equal«just okay» instead of «A-OK». I had some sort of pork wrap thing which was just so very average. On the up-side, their sodas are HUGE, so you really get your $ 4.50AUD worth. Service was good, staff were nice, restaurant was clean.

Went here for lunch, sat by the window looking out on to the water & passing people. Got a Margarita in a take home blender which took a long lunch to consume all 500mls. We had chicken wings as a starter which were nice but I thought a little pricey for the 10 wings you get. For mains I got the fish tacos which come with rice & beans. My partner got a wrap off the lunch menu which also includes a free soft drink, beer or wine. Kids were kept busy with colouring pictures on the children’s menu. I saw on the board that Kids eat Free on Tuesdays also.
