Cute little place to grab a coffee in the morning before everything along the harbour is open. Match tea was pretty dandy!

I went in the get a frappeachino, and I got a salty tasting drink of which was purely just frozen milk in a cup. No good! Gotta go to the Starbucks near Hyde Park if you wanna good coffee! Jesus!

With so few Starbucks around anymore, it’s amazing that this place it thriving with business, it’s always constantly busy when I come in or even just walking past. And you can tell why. They make awesome drinks! Enough said… Lol Oh and it has seats here but good luck finding one, especially in cold rainy weather. But over all it’s nice I’d go back. Possibly.

Ahhhh, coffee. The perfect little pick me up on an early morning walk around the harbour. This location is near the Imax Cinema Complex and offers a beautiful view of the harbour. There is ample seating to people watch or enjoy the company around you. Prices are standard, but considering the conversion rates they are slightly higher than what we are used to in the states. The baristas are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Our coffee truly hit the spot. With purchase, you may get a code for 30 minutes of free wifi. This is a hot commodity in this city where free wifi is scarce.

It’s a nice cozy place. Free wifi. Just make sure you get the code from the workers. It gives you 30 min free wifi with a drink. Personally, I think that’s very little. Other than that, very convenient location.

Reliable Starbucks. Fast service, ready-made light meals and sweets. Always bustling(lots of tourists and students). Variety of tables and chairs and benches and armchairs in which to park yourself. Great location and view. Open until late. There’s a big upstairs room too if you want to tuck away. Also, WIFI.

A little bit of the States at home. Well at least that’s my reasoning. It’s like most Starbucks, coffee, tea, iced drinks and nibbles… although the cost of said nibbles is crazy. Who pays $ 3.25 for a single macaroon is a bit steep. Which is why I only gave this place 4 stars. Still they make a damn good chai — and threw in vanilla for free last night for me. Yummo!!!

The pluses about this Starbucks: — cool place out of the office to work or conduct meetings. There’s a lounge upstairs which is relatively quiet on weekdays, just don’t bother getting stuff done here on weekends but you shouldn’t be working on weekends anyway! — accepts all cards(rare in coffee shops, but welcome if you don’t like carrying change around) — great meeting place for meeting up with people for stuff in darling harbour or darling quarter nearby(particularly if you can get the outdoor seats) — frappuchinos! The bad: — obviously the coffee you can probably do better in Sydney.(I usually come here for the tea, food, power or frappuchinos) — Limited free wifi and a bit slow(so bring your own wifi hotspot) — Limited power points for extended work sessions
