If you’re into serious bowling, this place is not for you, but if you’re a social bowler who’s not too fuss with your score then this place is for you. With the low lighting and the large TV screens just above the pins, you can’t really see the lane markers. And what we found when we were there is that we bowl better after a few drinks! They have specials where you get bowling after 9pm(i think) for a cheaper rate. Also if you play multiple games, the cost for game is lower too. Plenty of parking available there too.

2 words… DISCOBOWLING! I’m pretty sure this is meant to entertain a younger generation, but I think deep down it’s meant for a bunch of 20-something to 30-somethings who should know better, but drink too much! At some point on the Friday evening that we were there, the normal lights went off and the black lights came on, and suddenly bowling became much more fun! Not sure where the disco aspect came into it, that may have just been us, but it certainly made spending our evening in a bowling alley next to a huge RSL, seem far more respectable. It wasn’t. But it was fun. Turns out I’m a much better bowler when I drink too. It’s situated in the grounds of Dee Why RSL, so you can’t miss it. One game will set you back $ 14.90, but 2 is only $ 19.90 and $ 24.90 will get you 3!
