After waiting around and finally having to ask to be shown a seat, I then waited over 15 minutes for a server — no one even said «be right with you» or anything. People who arrived after me were already being given drinks, though I was seemingly invisible.
I went to the Host Stand to return the menus and leave. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, the guy just said «oh ok».
So, here I am at Nando’s instead.
