With large group of friends, very efficient service, yummy food in large serves… Volcano Chicken came out flaming, plenty of it and mild, tasty flavour.

A great range of delicious food at reasonable prices. Ready quickly, eat in and takeaway. Some dishes are a tad too salty.

Had a pretty good experience, the food was pretty good and good value for money. Satay chicken entrée was really yum!

Great cheap food that is very tasty! Fast service. Make a reservation on weeknights and arrive on time otherwise they give your seat away after 15mins

Honest to goodness Thai, simple and fast. No overwhelming adventures on the menu, instead a well considered wealth of staples from Thai Salads to Curries and Stir Fry. I feel Doytao do vegetarian better than their meat dishes, as I find the cuts and taste of their meat to be lacking — however that doesn’t mean you can’t(or shouldn’t) get the Massman that you really want, or the Chicken Larb or King St Fried Rice(somewhat legendary, though some may beg to differ). Hubris aside, I doubt many would drive out of their way for Doytao; essentially it’s a local haunt for the people in the neighbourhood. Try the sticky rice desert with mango or ice cream — you will feel the full weight of it’s $ 8.90 helps kick you over the bliss line.

Consistently good food across all the choices we make here. The bbq chicken is a particular favourite, as are the curries and pad thai.
