Granadillia Park

Grandillia park is a grass lined gulley of fun!
Just across the road from a transperth station on Poynter Drive this haphazard park is one HUGE gulley. Good for mountain goats and other agile, sturdy ankled creatures. I would not recommend this as a jogging zone nor as a safe place for head heavy toddlers– who would all too easily become topplers in this terrain! However for those of you that grew up with simple joys such as water fights, vegemite sayos and hop scotch.. . few things in my mind rival the entertainment of rolling down grassy hills! (Truth be told, I grew up in Canberra, where second to round-​a-​buts, grassy hills were the next best thing!)
So, with little more than a few small trees and a complete carpet of thick grass, this inverted park is hours of fun in the making– just get horizontal, add bubble wrap and let the games begin!
