I adore Antique Bar. It’s a slice of opulent drinking heaven in the heart of Elsternwick. Plonk yourself down on a lush red velvet couch and order from the impressive drinks list. You can also order snacks like pizza, but I prefer the wino list. Good little place close to home #swoon

Lounge around on awesome antique furniture and play a game of connect four whilst you sip on assorted wines and flavoursome ales with great names. A good place to meet your friends, unwind for a quiet drink with that special person, or stop off for a quick drink on the way home. Don’t miss happy hour from 5 until 7 for cheaper drinks.

Pick one of four different areas to sit in and grab a board game from the back room to help pass the time.
Bar snacks and cheese platters available. If you order a pizza it’s delivered to your table from one of the local pizza joints around the corner.

I don’t know why I allow this quaint little bar slip out of my mind so often when I think of places to go out for a nice quiet drink with a couple of people or hold a small function. Antique Bar has a beautiful sophistication in the air and fine cocktails, wine and beer in the glasses. The décor will take you back to an age where everyone wore a suite just to go to the corner store.
I think I have just talked myself into where I will be going tonight for a couple of quiet drinks.
