One of Sydney’s best coffees — Morgan’s — is made here, and Zokoko makes the best chocolate I’ve eaten.
In fact, Zokoko and the Sun Masamune sake brewery are probably the two redeeming features of Penrith. Harsh, I know, but if you’ve ever visited Penrith you’d probably agree with me.

Who snuck an inner-​city café and hid it out in Penrith? Zokoko did!
This place is completely unsuspecting, hidden in the depths of an industrial area of Emu Plains. Once you walk through the door, you blink as you wonder at the ease of transportation to the heart of Darlinghurst.
The handcrafted, artisan style chocolate? Dangerously delicious. The coffee? Best in a 20km-​radius, hands down.
And it’s not just me raving about this café. They were awarded ‘one cup’ in the SMH’s Good Café Guide — the only café west of Parramatta for that matter.
So tell all your friends! No wait… keep it a secret.
