This Korean fried chicken place can be a bit misleading at first. You walk in and the décor looks like it’s from 1996 and probably hasn’t been replaced since then either. On top of this you’ll be met with a smell that is very reminiscent of a foot. Once you get past that though there’s a good happy hour with $ 5 Coronas, Pure Blondes and VB cans. I went for the Coronas but it seems the regulars loved their VB tinnies. The real reason this place gets four stars is because of the first two pages of the menu. The boneless fried chicken is awesome and probably a little addictive. The spicy drummettes are great too but if you like you food to blow your head off with spice then you’ll be disappointed. They taste great but are pretty mild as far as spice goes. It’s worth going to this joint for the chicken and happy hour alone. Once you get past the pungent aroma when you first walk in that is.

I went with a group of work colleagues of one who goes there for the happy hour and loves the food. The endless chicken items on the menu is a bit overwhelming but that aside thankfully the food is reasonable. Our order of boneless fried chicken was tasty and not to oily but a bit on the dry side of being cooked. The meal comes chips and gravy, so you have to order a side if you want to some variety. We ordered pineapple rice which was quite nice. All in all don’t expect the best but is ok.
