This takes the cake for the 2nd strangest place I’ve gone in pursuit of a coffee. The first involved a school yard and a church.
I’d driven past a suitably minimal and hipster-​formualted sign multiple times and discovered Assembly resided within Masters. With polished concrete floors, basic pine tabletops and on trend metal light drops this café screams «trend.» And while it may be the best coffee you’ll have the chance to sip on while carrying out your home renovation dreams, it might not be one you drive across town for.
The café itself was rather quite when I stopped in but I imagine come Saturday morning this café would be pumping with weekend warriors fueling up before taking on the important decisions of zanzibar gem or palm fern?
Food options are limited to muffins and pre-​wrapped sandwiches.
