Angela and Leanne run an awesome personal training session.
I’ve been going for about 3 months now and have nothing but positives. Though the training is group based, the trainer Angela manages to cater to everyone’s individual goals using the wide variety of equipment available.
Note that this is not a standard gym, and offers classes only, but it’s also enjoyable to have a social aspect to your workout.
The equipment is all new and top notch, with punching bag, exercise bikes, rowing machine, stepper, elliptical, treadmill, power rack, bench and a variety of dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough, not just because the price is excellent, but also because the people who work here are so friendly and great at their job.
