Lets take a moment to consider the Unilocal example in the faint print as a suggestion before I punch in my review. In my case now it was the, blah, blah, blah story about the Mahi Mahi. Professionally I think the above fish is absolute crap! Americans throw heaps of rubbish sauce over the top of this large fish and all of a sudden the Mahi Mani comes to life… Cheese in a can, WTF… Chefs say, «everyone has an opinion and an arse hole». Chefs also the world over use the word muppets in a very derogatory way. So keeping in mind that the general public has no idea and that ridiculously high rent and gas bills directly effects what ends up on your plate. Here goes. Sushi Too was very clean and tidy. The reception was immediate and friendly. The venue was«sushi train» type. The hot food options were pedestrian with the tipical Asian protein, veg, rice ratio. The menu items were well seasoned and fresh(except the canned tuna in the nori rolls) etc however the professional in me always wants more. Would I go back? Probably not, only because I have spent 25 years in real kitchens. Would I discouraged others from going? No. Remember, opinions & arseholes, everyone has them.
