The customer service in here is pretty shoddy to put it nicely. I walked around for a good ten minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff member working. I was in his sight from the moment I walked in to the moment I left and it was pretty clear that I was interested in buying. Despite this he didn’t even say hello.
The store seems to specialise in furniture packs, albeit a four piece bedroom suite set for $ 799 or a five piece dining set for $ 169. The prices here are pretty good and there isn’t much to complain about in that department. Some pieces looked to be very good quality while others had a few nicks in the wood or were a little bit wonky.
All the furniture here is pretty mainstream and it is not the place to go if you are looking for something unique. If you picture a stereotypical furniture store in your head, this is pretty much it.
To get something nice you will have to pay a bit more but there are plenty of cheaper options for the budget shopper like myself.
