History

Established in 2014.

Kickstart a Cause (KAC) is the result of over a decade of experimenting, searching, and discovering the passion of founder, Jason Townsend.

Over years of training, experimenting, and self discovery, Jason discovered that it’s actually possible to find a cause which lights a fire in the belly each and every day. Headstrong into his own crusade, Jason is passionate about helping others achieve the same through the teachings of KAC.

Business Owner

Jason is the founder and head coach of Kickstart a Cause. He is trained in NLP and Life Coaching, Personal Training, and has extensive background in Mechanical Engineering.

A Pisces, adventurer, entrepreneur, writer, and free spirited Aussie, Jason has a history of learning and trying new things. His love of the environment and almost all activities outdoors fuels his love of health and wellness of both the mind and body, which form the basis of his teachings with KAC.

Having spent years exploring his potential, Jason is now on a crusade to empower our young generation of enthusiastic individuals with the healthy lifestyle required to pursue their cause. Having travelled a winding road himself, Jason wants nothing more than to help others be the best they can be by learning self mastery.
