I just frequented two separate hot dog places in a week (don’t judge), soI consider myself a (vegetarian) hot dog expert. I thought Karavan was fine (we tried the Chicago veg dog and the Karma veg dog). The toppings on the Karma dog were great, and my partner liked the Chicago dog (I think the relish was too sweet for me). My only complaint was that the bun seemed almost stale?
It’s pretty filling for $ 6.50, but if I were in the area again and wanted a quick cheap bite to eat, I’d probably head to Trippy Taco instead.
