With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry Ugo has developed a indepth knowledge of the requirements of a 4 ½ star International Hotel. His career has evolved from some of the most well known elite names in the hospitality industry, The Claridges in London, Aman Resorts, and the Windsor Hotel.
Appointed as General Manager of the Clarion Hotel on Canterbury in October 2012, Ugo thrives to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer satisfaction.
