This means sale’s! Hooray! So if you’re after something cheap, and aren’t looking at getting top of the range (only because they’re sold out not because they don’t stock it) then go have a look before they’re all out! 40−60% off at the moment — who knows if it will get better!

The Billy Hyde sign says ‘since 1962′ and this store, combined with Allans Music, is still iconic in Brisbane. It has a huge range of music and instruments, and a bunch of staff who obviously love their work. I bought a violin years ago on a payment plan, which was very nice, and have since bought a guitar, percussion instruments, sheet music and a music stand. Every time I go into this store I want to buy lots more, so they’re obviously doing something very right.
