History
Established in 2014.
An ambitious start-up built into a historic building.
We realised a unique opportunity to create beautiful experience whilst paying homage to a lost icon of the River City. Our philosophy has always been the «less is more» approach and that was our starting point, so a lot of planning and research went on behind the scenes 2013, shop fit out occurred March and the doors opened April. It’s been an exciting and challenging time and worth it!
The focus is on great coffee, excellent fare and even better service — uncomplicated, simple and consistent across the board. We pride ourselves on our people because they’re awesome at what they do and they love it!
