Went here before. Long wait, not that comfy chairs, expensive — but maybe all MIR’s are. OK staff. I feel like it’s in a random area. Would try somewhere else next time.

Would never go to this radiology practice again. I came here for a relatively simple procedure but did not feel confident with manner of the radiologist who performed my procedure. He did not introduce himself, he did not explain the procedure — came into the room talking to the technician– after all I was only the invisible patient! His only words were to roll over on my side(the technician had asked me to do this before he went and got the Dr. Apart from the fact it was too painful to be on my side I believe I had a right to see who was treating me and expect some sort of introduction & explanation of what he was going to do when he finally came in. He had no idea of my pre-existing condition, assumed I had had the procedure before and even when I said I hadn’t there was no further attempt to reassure me. He didn’t wash his hands and he left as quick as he came without another word. How is it that medical professionals get away with such poor bedside manner, it is simply arrogant and ignorant behaviour. The patient does have this simple right and expectation to this basic level of good patient Dr communication.

Referred by my GP for an MRI here and I must compliment the staff on their politeness & general compassionate attitude. The practice opens pretty early(before 8am), which was handy for this working gal. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of ringing & requesting, which makes me pretty happy.(I mean, who likes to wait?) Appointment was had nearly on-time, which is always a plus in my book when it comes to medical stuff. The technician was friendly, soothing & patient with me when facing the machine that is the tiny, very loud tube of the MRI. Great work, Savage Xray. I’ll be happy to return(if needed) in the future.
