History

Established in 1989.

Nicks Place has been trading in Fremantle Western Australia for well over 20 years and is truly one of the iconic destinations when visiting Fremantles cappucino strip on South Terrace. I t is one of very few Kebab shops in Perth making Greek style kebabs known as Souvlaki. Also one of the handfull of kebab shops that marinate meat onsite rather than use third party suppliers and use hotplate BBQ method. Tried and proven and standing the test of time Nicks Place is the place for those in the know.

Souvlaki the Superior Kebab Freo’s first kebabs since 1985.

Its the Greek kebab with ingredients typical to the Mediterranean, olive oil, wine, lemon juice, garlic & herbs. Using fresh whole meats including PORK marinated & cooked on the barby. NOT TO BE but often confused with the Mid East style «Doner» mostly these days delivered prepared & frozen from a third party supplier, made from mixed processed meat parts. Spends a lot of time spinning around at room temperature during the quiet times of the day…
