One of the most appreciated facilities at Living Choice Fullarton is the restaurant and café, «Damien on Fisher» incorporating Hudsons Coffee. The restaurant has been receiving high praise, including being a finalist in the Restaurant & Catering SA Awards for Excellence 2015. The restaurant is licensed and is open 7 days between 7.30am and 9pm.

Business Owner

Damien Hein is an accomplished and well loved Chef from Adelaide, South Australia. Born and bred in Adelaide, he is passionate about local, good quality produce and his enthusiasm for entertainment and exquisite food knows no bounds. Damien began his apprenticeship at age 14 and was fully qualified by age 18. He earned the title of Head Chef at age 21 and by 24 years old had opened his first establishment, Gourmands of Adelaide, in the city’s Eastern Suburbs. For the past 8 years, Damien and his good friend and Sous Chef, John Leow have worked at various establishments throughout Adelaide, building a reputation and sharing their love of food with their loyal customers who have followed the pair all over the city.

Damien has recently returned to the Eastern Suburbs to open his newest and most exciting venture, Damien on Fisher.
