Even though this great take out restaurant is located right next to Club X, it’s nice to know that the restaurant is really where the business is. This is one of our favourite take out places in Carnegie and whenever we are picking up our food, the staff are constantly busy either seeing to customers or getting other phone orders done.
Even though there are a few tables in the humble restaurant, most people prefer to take away and eat in the comfort of their homes. Perhaps it’s because of the next door neighbour or the fact that you will probably leave smelling like Chinese food due to the small space. Whatever it is, I love the food here! The BBQ pork (char siew) is really delicious and not too fatty! Must tries include Fujian fried rice, salt and pepper calamari and the roast duck. And if you love spicy food, always ask for chilli oil. It’ll rock your world!
