Located on the busy restaurant strip of Jetty Rd in Glenelg, this is a specialised Vietnamese business that does great and traditional cuisine. My best picks of the menu are the really great cold rolls with loads of mint(like proper cold rolls) and the hotpot. There is a really pretty fish tank as you walk in on the left and leads into a reasonably spacious, yet intimate setting. They have a joint Vietnamese and Chinese menu, providing a range of choices from both cultures. Offers a range of vegetarian dishes and all menu items are relatively inexpensive compared to some of its competitors in the City.

This is one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants. The food is absolutely fabulous and flavoursome and it is unashamedly good value. Where else can you get a banquet for two people for $ 22 and not be able to eat it all. This includes spring rolls, cold rolls, three main courses and tea/coffee. The restaurant is cheery but daggy; like a lounge room from the 70’s, complete with aquarium. However, all the locals know it well and it is always busy. The salt and pepper prawns and the chili, lemongrass chicken are my pick of the dishes and the reason I go there. Oh, and I nearly forgot, they do the best deserts, especially the fried ice cream. The service, while friendly, is very slow and I have been known to wave my arms around madly to get the waiters to look over. Tip: If ordering for big groups place the order on the notes of your iphone and give it to them — they love this!
