Benihana Japanese Steak House

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.
The service from bar and waitstaff was indescribably awful. They lacked enthusiasm, and seemed as if they simply had no reason to smile.
This was first displayed by both members of staff tending the bar in the area one waits to be seated at the grill. After staring both of them down, my order was eventually taken, but not delivered until I’d been seated at the grill for 5 minutes (I could’ve made the drink faster…).
The menu was overpriced, even though the food was tasty. For 2 people, individual banquets, a bottle of wine and two mocktails came to $ 230.
An infinitely better experience could’ve been found elsewhere in this Unilocaler’s opinion, at somewhere like Shogun.

At Benihana jap restaurant. Min $ 59 per adult. Everyone must order 1 … Incdg kids must order kids meal. Cos today is a holiday…
Service staff are very nice and helpful.
A+ for chef and service staff…
But F for management as they are more interested in pushing the crowd n getting more biz…
It’s like a production line…
Good if u looking for a group/​kids fun food experience. But definitely not for a genuine taste of Japanese food.
At this price they not even serving Japanese rice!!!
