Café Moderna in the Level 3 Greensborough Plaza Food Court is a great fresh and healthy choice among the plethora of fast food options. They deal out fresh foccaccia and panini’s as well as salads to the lunch time crowds. I love the vegetarian foccacia fill of eggplant, cooked capsicum and and other yummy antipasto tidbits. Their coffee is reasonable and they have a range of juices and other beverages as well as slices and if your in the mood for something hot they also have pizza and pasta options. This is as good as it gets in a local shopping centre food court so enjoy the novelty of chomping on something fresh and tasty!
