Visited tonight specifically to compare the garlic sauce to El Jannah last week, which is famous mostly for it’s garlic sauce. My memory of my first visit to this chicken shop certainly didn’t fail me, Charcobel’s garlic sauce is most definitely more garlic-y than El Jannah’s, and in my personal opinion much tastier for that reason. The chicken is moister, but not charcoaled in a similar way. The tabouli is much tastier and not as overly salty either. Overall a much more pleasant meal, to me.
