Quick and easy, that’s how my friend described this place. I’m not sure it’s a valid critique for a restaurant review. Still, I had to give it a burl.
The service was great and the staff were friendly, they asked me how my day was and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for our take aways. But the food was what really let me down. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for Hamilton Chinese, I think it’s the only one on Racecourse Road, but this ended up being one of those times where I will only try the place once.
Everything just had a little too much oil in it and the vegetables seemed like they weren’t fresh. The rice well overcooked and the soup a little too watered down.
I hope their food game lifts to their staff game, then its will be game on.
