I went here yesterday to get my very long hair entirely lopped off and I had a GREAT experience with Jennifer. She was not only very sweet and friendly, she TOTALLY got got exactly what I was looking from the look at one photo I had saved on my phone. She didn’t ask a whole lot of questions other than ensuring that I understood and was comfortable with just how short my hair was going to be. She did it exactly as I asked! Sometimes I’ve had stylists work on my hair and then at the end ask which direction I part my hair even though I walked into the salon with the part on the right! I know it’s minor but how could you miss that if your business is hair? Jennifer didn’t ask, not only that, she cut it dry which is great when you have wavy to curly hair so you can tell just how short it will look when the hair is dry. I will totally back next time!
