Commonwealth Bank

I love Commonwealth Bank. And I HATE banks. Before Commonwealth, I firmly believed every single bank was a massive cunt. However, with the consistently fantastic customer service I receive from Commonwealth, that prejudice is slowly deteriorating.
It seems that every Commonwealth branch I go to has some lovely person to greet me. I needed to deposit some money so I went to the teller but unfortunately, I also had a fair bit of coins that needed depositing and was rather embarrassed so I wanted to just give her the gold ones to make things a tad bit easier.
The woman saw me sifting through my wallet sheepishly apologising and she said «Honey you can just empty all your coins out and I’ll be happy to count them for you!»
OMG.
Any other bank besides Commonwealth and I would’ve been met with a very annoyed teller who wants me to fuck off. I declined her offer anyway because I didn’t want to trouble her, but the small gesture was enough to make my day.
