A must go. Ridiculously inexpensive sushi of all types and really cute soy sauce packets.

Got sick after having rolls at this place! I had noticed that the rolls were not fresh but I never thought it could be that bad.

This branch of Sushi Hub has a sushi train and most dishes are $ 2.90 — $ 5.90 so very cheap. There’s even a bench with around 6 seats for those buying from the takeaway stand to eat at. No brown rice sushi unlike the other branches. Although all Sushi Hubs are in the same chain, I found the sushi at the other chains more tasty.

Great value and super quality. Huge portions at a very low cost, rare for Sydney. Great for take away, serves in one minute.

I ate here twice, loved it! The rolls are fresh and massive for the cost. This is a great fast food joint and awesome for take away. I never dinned in but found it interesting that it had a sushi conveyor belt aka sushi train. I have always wanted to eat at a Sushi train place but never got the chance in the past. The place itself is small so wouldn’t be good for groups larger that 4. The only thing I found weird was that when you order from the take away counter the rolls itself isn’t cut up. Im sure you could ask but I didn’t both times I ate there. All in all Great Place!

This sushi place has only just recently opened and oh my gosh is it a godsend. The majority of sushi places around Central area are average at best. I have tried a lot of them and it always ends in disappointment. Finally, I have found a place with a large range of sushi: softshell crab, lobster, fresh tuna rolls. All absolutely fresh and delicious! I was so happy when I found it that I eagerly organised a luncheon with a few of my Korean and Japanese colleagues who were visiting Australia. BIGMISTAKE!!! Although, there is a small sushi train in the back of the store DONOTBEFOOLED. We arrived at 12 pm and there were at most 10 dishes on the train, all very plain. We thought we’d wait for things to heat up as we were quite early. 12:30 rolls around, 1:00. Nothing. Either it was an off day or these sushi chefs put all their effort into their takeaway rolls. My colleagues ended up buying takeaway sashimi boxes and eating them at the table. This would be okay apart from the fact that the service was absolutely terrible. It was nearly impossible to get a drink of water and they had no fresh green tea(only cans). I will continue to order take-away as they are uncontested, in terms of freshness and range, in the central area but you’d have to pay me to have another sit down meal.

Within the inexpensive category of sushi restaurants this place is great. I usually shy away from any place with a conveyer belt but the fish is super fresh and the preparations well above average. Prices are amazing – you get much more than you pay for. Note they do not have beer – my only complaint.
