If you like donuts for $ 2 or specials for $ 1.50 then this is your kind of bakery. No toilets nearby but staff allowed daughter to use the bakery’s. Good latte and flat white.

Rheinland German Bakery is amazing value for money, and sells the biggest individual apple pies I’ve ever laid eyes on, for a whopping $ 2.50.
Like true German food, the pasty here is quite dense and heavy, but everything is sweet and tasty. Oh, and did I mention cheap?
They have some German specialties like pretzels and an odd kind of doughy jam roll, along with the usual fare of muffins and vanilla slice and hedgehog slice.
One you won’t find elsewhere is their «Nut Corner», a delicious slab of chocolate coated crunchy nut slice, of crushed nuts held together with glucose and honey. YUM. Hello my week’s worth of fat. But for $ 2.50, who could resist? Someone else maybe, but not me.
They also have a deal for a cappuccino and a muffin for $ 4.00. The coffee when I had it was a little over-​heated, but apart from that it was okay. The muffins are small compared to the rest of the sweets, but were moist and tasty.
They also do a standard range of pies and sausage rolls to satisfy the lunch seeker, and soft drinks and carton iced-​coffees.
This is a great place for a cheap lunch, and a must-​visit for lovers of bargain sweets!
