Dave’s Noodles

Dave’s Noodles is really conveniently located at the Argyle St entrance to the new Wellington Centre in the CBD. They serve predominantly noodle dishes (as you probably guessed from the name) for lunch and dinner and have a pretty wide selection. The restaurant is fairly small and can be a bit cramped, so I wouldn’t normally choose to eat in here, but for take-​away it is fairly convenient. The food is pretty good, but personally I prefer Sakura around the corner for similar fare. Mainly, this is because I feel Dave’s Noodles tend to over-​sauce their noodle boxes and they have a $ 15 minimum purchase for credit cards, which means if you are by yourself you end up buying more or paying cash.
