Qantas Credit Union

I headed in to my nearest branch up near Hurstville with my younger sister who had some problems with her account. We were running late and actually walked through the doors about ten minutes before closing time. Hoping that the branch wouldn’t close early on us, we quickly walked in to be greeted by a smiling Jason. He and his manager were at their desks, obviously ready to go home for the day, but still offered to help us out — without questioning what we needed or how long it would take. Their attention to my younger sister was really good; they were patient and Jason was easy going and joking around with her which made her feel really comfortable. They solved her banking problem smoothly with a few changing of passwords, issuing of documents and we were through the automatic doors before the branch was officially closed.
