9÷01÷2012 If you’re ever bored, this is an ideal place to take your closest friends or even some new out-of-towners out for some fun! I mean… who doesn’t get excited over bowling?!? They’re a 20 lane Bowling Centre in the Ingle Farm Shopping Centre — and they’re one of the best around. You got to come in and visit Bowland at least once! They have top of the line sound and lighting systems, so the music is sure to be cranking inside! You can even join a team or enjoy a hot cappuccino from their café! And it is ALWAYS guaranteed seeing you get strikes(or at least one pin down)…no matter how good or bad you are at bowling. But what I LOVE about Bowland is that it’s a perfect setting for your best friends or loved ones to just stop worrying about life, let your hair down, and flex your bowling arms. I just love the perfect moment when a game can bring people of different ages, background and experiences together, and just have some jolly good fun! I also enjoy watching the more experienced pros showing off their perfect technique and getting consecutive strikes. Stepping inside here provides an instant change of mood from boring to fun — there’s even Wiggles cars for the little kids! Make sure you come with a group of fun friends… this is an important contributing factor to the overall experience here. It just isn’t the same without them! I’m actually taking a trip down memory lane just thinking about the times I had with them while writing this review. Looking for somewhere to have a good time… take a trip down to Bowland, Ingle Farm!

I used to love bowling, and this is one of the newer alleys around Adelaide. Located in a medium sized local shopping centre, Bowland run competitions for all ages and abilities, night bowling, parties and events. Their lanes are fully automatic and the setting is nice, dark, fluro lit and well equipped. The food and bar facilites are ok, just your usual fast food types, but great for the kids. They run parties and cater to groups like OSCH, and their night bowling is fun with loud music, disco lights, film clips and prizes. Always a popular place, make sure you book and get the deals with shoe hire, food, 2 games etc, usually in school holidays and on weekends. Oh an remember socks for the always festy ugly shoes.
