In October 2013 following the closing down of my previous outdoor training group I joined You Can Do Fit. I had been struggling with injuries and chose You Can Do Fit as Leanne the owner is an Accredited Rehab Fitness Trainer! A year on I still train with this group! Fellow Unilocalers may be aware of my many check-ins to You Can Do Fit! I find the classes I choose to do challenging and they still keep me on my toes, no class is the same. There are currently four different fitness trainers and a Yoga instructor which provides a lot of variety. The group itself is made up of a great bunch of ladies, and there is a range of ages! You Can Do Fit caters for all ages and fitness levels, there really is something for everyone! There are lots of options when it comes to training. Classes run morning and mid morning Monday to Friday, evenings Monday to Thursday and there are also two Saturday classes. The variety of classes is outstanding with options including Combo-Fit, Run-Fit, Yoga-Fit, Box-Fit and Rehab-Fit. There is also You Can Do Fit for Life, a weekly session which covers weigh-in’s, weekly measurements and fitness testing to keep you on track. A Spin-Fit class is to be added next week which is an Outdoor Spin Class. One on one training is also available. There are lots of membership options, there is something for everyone. Booking can be done by telephone or the handy online booking system using Mind Body Connect which is great for those of us who are busy and like to keep track of everything on our mobiles! With the Summer Timetable launching on Monday 13th October 2014 You Can Do Fit will permanently re-locate to Birralee Reserve in Bates Road Innaloo. A great location with plenty of good lighting and parking. Members will also have access to an outdoor gym at this location from 6.15am — 10.30am Monday-Friday which is also a new feature. If you are looking to get out of the four walls of your gym and find like-minded people to train with in an outdoor environment this is definitely for you.
