Can’t understand why Harrigan’s doesn’t have more reviews, especially positive ones. I get that it’s out of the way and that’s definitely a con. But as far as I’m concerned the pros far outweigh the cons. The food is consistently good, but it’s really about the atmosphere at Harrigan’s. It’s a huge venue with a well designed spacious inside lounge area. Outside is a large partially covered patio looking out over the bay. Also plenty of lawn space for the kids to play. I’ve been here when they’ve had live bands play outside on Saturdays and Sundays(and I believe they still do). One of my favorite places to spend a Sunday afternoon when I’m home. If they still have Jazz and Seafood Saturdays, that’s definitely worth stopping in for as well. Oh, and if the local Volunteer Marine Rescue(VMR) happens to be selling raffle tickets for meat trays, etc. that day, pitch in! It’s for a good cause, they work hard, and more than anything… you may end up needing them one day!
