Anaconda Penrith

I would like to commend Anaconda Penrith for their adept customer service skills when dealing with over-​the-​phone enquiries. I contacted the store to enquire about stock availability of some day packs. I was transferred to the appropriate department quickly and upon enquiring, the staff member advised that they did have the items in stock. As it’s not every time that a staff member is so confident and also accurate, I had my doubts. I challenged them and checked the availability of colours, which led to them checking the physical stock. This resulted in them coming back with an affirmative answer and confirmation of the actual stock. When i visited the store I found the stock quickly and easily and without disappointment. My only complaint was that they couldn’t honour my discount coupon because I didn’t have the physical coupon, only on my phone.
