I don’t know much about floor, and it’s very confronting when I have to get some carpet in general. I ventured into Choices Carpet and Flooring by my wee little self one weekend and noticed the store was very equipped with variety. They didn’t stock all the brands, but the ones they did stock were pretty nice. Soft, rugged, shagg, thin, waterproof, silicon-lined, oh my goodness… it was a bit confusing. They also had lino flooring, if you’re renovating, their prices are okay, you have to sit down the a consultant and then go over your quote. If you haven’t got an idea, you need to book an appointment to have one of their consultants come to you, or bring room measurements with you… if you are in a hurry and it’s a weekend… you may have to wait a little while. There was only 1 other sales person there and they were consulting with someone so I had to wait a while. The prices could have been better in my opinion, I only know this because i’d gotten quotes from other places. If you’re in the market, it is worth shopping around a little bit.
