Smales own Signature Collection is a selection of inimitably beautiful designs of the highest quality, featuring white and fancy diamonds, and other precious gems.

We also stock wedding bands by world-​class Australian jeweller Peter W Beck, along with Swarovski, Pandora and quality watch brands including revolutionary Japanese brand Seiko and Citizen.

We deliver the highest standard of excellence in both jewellery and watchmaking through separate, dedicated watch and jewellery service departments.

Our award-​winning in-​house team comprises some of WA’s most experienced and skilled craftspeople, offering unmatched service and support for watch and jewellery purchases.

We provide a full-​service watchmaking, remodelling and repair service in addition to jewellery design and repair.

Smales has been Western Australia’s most trusted luxury jeweller and watchmaker for more than 75 years.

Established in Kalgoorlie in 1937 by Ron Smales Senior, the store sold and repaired quality timepieces. Today, true to tradition, the business is still owned and operated by the Smales family and has expanded to include showrooms in Perth (Subiaco) and Bunbury.

Leilani and Sacha P.

Business Owner

Leilani Pop-​Markov is the grand daughter of Smales’ founder Ron Smales Senior, and niece of Ron Smales (Subiaco store Owner-​Manager) and Tony Smales (Bunbury store Owner-​Manager).

Leilani has co-​managed the Kalgoorlie store for seven years with husband Sacha. Both Leilani and Sacha have significant knowledge across luxury jewellery and watch brands.
