Good slightly upmarket option for on-​campus food. Fresh, as you would expect from Vietnamese, but a little bit modern too. The only thing wanting is perhaps the fairly small number of really spicy dishes.

Spontaneous dinner outing turned out to be a tasty surprise. A bit different from your typical Vietnamese fare in the valley or west end, but for something a bit special it’s definitely worth it

A really uninspired Vietnamese joint that does ordinary versions of noodle dishes and stir fries, plus some suspicious-​sounding generic dishes like «Crispy chicken with jasmine rice and salad,» which look even worse than they sound. I had what was allegedly «tamarind» chicken, but which tasted vaguely of MSG and was slathered in a kind of unidentifiable sugary, glutinous sauce that was an insult to tamarinds everywhere. The other people I ate with had a beef dish and three of them were sick afterwards. All in all: a suspect menu and poor food-​handling procedures. Not great.

This place is a cut above. The food is creative and not your usual utilitarian vietnamese fare. Run by people who care about quality food and service. It a popular and delightful location.
