The naming of Frying Colours may have been first conceived to be a politically incorrect (and non judgmental) reference to our Korean Chef /Owner Min Hui’s lack of language ability in English pronunciation. Perhaps more appropriately, does Frying Colours confidently describe the collaboration of core ingredients soy, bean paste and chili together in harmony to produce the authentic Korean flavours we create?
Our Vision for Frying Colours is simple «treat our customers visiting us, as we would our friends». Our goal is to share authentic Korean flavours, with an ambience that is stylish but not contrived. We are purposefully out to show off the fun, confidence and passion we have in doing what we do at Frying Colours. It makes us who we are.
