Only been here twice but both times found their fish to have that disappointing tasteless frozen texture and taste. The hips are ok. It is hard to find a good fish and chip shop these days but this one isn’t one of them!

I found there only to be 2 staff & loved the fish but yes, no lemon. The chips were the best I’ve had in a long time from a takeaway shop. They were big & fat, fluffy on the inside. The homemade steamed dim sims were pretty good. Staff are super friendly. Overall I have to keep coming back, for the chips alone.

It’s so difficult to find a decent Fish & Chips shop nowadays and it’s especially terrible for someone like me who always finds herself craving some tasty battered flake with a side of chips. Ambiance: This is pretty much a pure small and dingy takeaway shop. There are no real places to sit and eat, only chairs for waiting. Customer Service: Friendly. This place is managed by Mandarin Chinese and there are a LOT of staff people. I find it strange because I never thought that you’d need so much kitchen staff for such a small takeaway shop, but whatever works for them. Expect a 10 – 15 minute wait though. Food: The menu has Fish & Chips as well as a few hamburgers and extras such as calamari and dim sim. The food itself was really meh at best. The chips were pretty delicious but downsides: ~ Lemon not provided. ~ The fish tasted really… fishy. In a bad way. NOTES: ~ They have soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and chicken salt available. No pepper or ketchup… — The food was alright, but a bit tasteless and only made good when we got home and added mayonnaise and our own lemon + vinegar. It’s definitely not bad and convenient if you’re nearby, but don’t go out of your way to find this place.
