Sitting at this place really leaves me feeling nostalgic. If you happen to come by and see the random girl sitting in the corner laughing(not too quietly) to herself, hands down it’ll probably be me. I’d be reminiscing about running late — and eventually skipping — our early lesson maths classes and sitting here instead. Besides the absence of many of my graduating school mates, I don’t think much else has changed. It’s the same place, different girls. I remember, as soon as the last bell for school went, girls from my high school(myself included) would trample all pedestrians in order to crowd this place and savour the longest time until school began again. That was where we sat to rant about nonsensical teenage girl things, that was where we used to peek at the new wait staff(one of them had a thing for my friend Ivy), and where we would sip on a sickly sweet hazelnut mocha to keep our caffeine levels up. My best advice is to avoid the afternoon school rush as it peaks around the 3.15pm mark. I reckon these girls are still awfully protective about this place.
